Art For Great Causes

It is my great honor to convey my heartfelt appreciation to every individual who are contributing to a remarkable event that will brings together the beauty of art and the power of compassion. Lions Club of KL Finnamic is grateful to have the opportunity to organize, Art for Great Causes, our Art Exhibition and Fundraising Dinner, taking place from November 10th to November 12th, 2023 at Wisma HuaZong. I am delighted to be given the opportunity to learn and work with all parties involved.

Over 20 talented local artists from across the nation have generously contributed their artworks to this exhibition. Selected paintings will be auctioned at Fundraising dinner on 12 Nov 2023. These artists have not only shared their exceptional talents but have also shared their hearts, joining hands with us in our mission to spread hope and change lives.

The purpose of this event is not just to showcase artistry but also to extend a helping hand to those in need. The sales of these exquisite artworks, along with your generous donations, will be channeled towards various noble cause, touching the lives of dialysis patients, providing cataract eye surgeries for those unable to afford them, supporting families with children battling cancer, contributing to hunger relief efforts, promoting education, and contributing to all other Lions International global causes. Each contribution, whether big or small, will play a significant role in improving the world we share.

To those artists who have graciously donated their work, we extend our profound gratitude. Your art speaks volumes, and it resonates with the hearts of those who believe in the transformative power of beauty and creativity.

To our fellow Lions and distinguished guests, your presence will signifies your belief in the power of kindness and your willingness to stand with us in our endeavors. Your generous donations and unwavering support drive us to continue our mission with even greater zeal. MESSAGE TO LIONS CLUB OF KUALA LUMPUR FINNAMIC

I would like to thank the Lions Club of Kuala Lumpur Finnamic for inviting me to grace your Art Exhibition and Fundraising Dinner on 12 November 2023.

Lions Club is a humanitarian service organisation that emphasizes on good governance, accountability and good citizenship to all its stakeholders where public can entrust Lions with their donations and, in turn Lions’ services to those in needs in the community. Where there is a need, there is a Lion. As Lions, we must constantly be reminded of such principles so that it will continue to propel us towards a sustainable future.

The Art Exhibition and Fundraising Dinner organized by you does not only develop, encourage and showcase our local artistic talents but also goes towards helping those in needs through your services and projects to the community in future. Lions are “Changing the World” every day through our services and projects globally and creating impact on our communities towards a sustainable future.

We are constantly providing humanitarian needs to those underprivileged segment of our society and ever ready to reach new summits. Lions create lasting relationships with the community in which we served and show the world that Kindness Matters. Our efforts make the world a better place - one life, one relationship, one community at a time. We are “changing the world” towards sustainable future. Once again, I would like to extend my best wishes to the members of Lions Club of Kuala Lumpur Finnamic for a successful Art Exhibition and Fundraising Dinner and many more years of humanitarian services to our community in Malaysia.

The pinnacle of our event will undoubtedly be the Fundraising Dinner on November 12th, starting at 7PM. This is the moment when our collective generosity and compassion will manifest tangible change. The funds we raise will find their way to critical healthcare causes – Kidney Dialysis, Eye Cataract Surgery, Cancer treatment, and other Lions Global Causes.

These initiatives are the bedrock of humanitarian efforts and community development, offering hope to countless individuals and families.
